Meet The Team
ChronicleChamber.com has been on-line now for three years so it's time to introduce the good folks who work behind the scenes to bring you the best Phantom site on the web. Say hello to Team CC;
Name: JD
Responsible For: Pretty much everything, really.
Chronicle: JD is a geeky fan boy trapped in the body of a charmingly handsome Australian who one day decided that the internet needed a really great Phantom site and set about trying to create one, the sum of his efforts being what you see before you. JD also fancies a spot of art and writing and is currently working on getting his career up and running after five-and-a-bit years of formal art tutelage. He is currently trying to decide if he should watch his newest DVD or play video games after work…
Hideouts: JoeMD, Deviant Art,
Name: Andreas
Responsible For: Egmont issue updates.
Chronicle: From the northern parts of Sweden, Andreas keeps his eyes and ears on various things of interest: comics in general (and the Phantom in particular!), all kinds of movies, metal music and even books with text only! Apart from that, he enjoys spending time with friends and family and travelling all over the world. However, much of the day is spent in front of a computer at work, trying to earn money to spend on his hobbies...
Name: Mick Collins
Alias: puggdogg
Responsible For: Phan Works, Visual Updates and the Occassional News Update.
Chronicle: I first discovered how great the Phantom actually was when I bought a pack of collector cards back in 1994. The Ghost Who Walks has since been my biggest hero. I am an artist at heart and must give much of the credit for my skill to The Phantom, from illustrating the character so many times. Ever since I saw the 1996 movie I wanted to make my own version. Now I'm trying to draw in some attention to get some work on the latest flick.
Websites: www.puggdogg.deviantart.com and www.phanworks.com
Name: Paul A. Jonassen
Responsible For: Mostly writes articles, besides the occasional news update
Chronicle: Born in 1989, and discovered the magic of the Phantom at the age of ten, due to wanting a Skull Ring that was an extra in a Fantomet comic he found at the shelf of the local supermarket. The ring broke after about ten minutes of using it (slamming evil doesn't work too well in real life), but his love for the Ghost Who Walks remains to this day. Other than reading about the man in purple, he enjoys spending time with friends and family, writing, watching movies, listening to good music, and even excercising a bit when the spirit hits him.
Name: Vivek Bhat
Responsible For: Newspaper Strips updates
Chronicle: Born in 1981 in the southern part of India and been a fan of comics of all kinds since my early days as a kid. Got introduced to The Phantom through Indrajal Comics, when I was about 6 years old. Back then I remember looking for Kit Walker's face in several of the comic panels and was hoping they would reveal him in some issue, now I am just glad they didn't.
If you'd like to ask the Team a question you cna do so HERE.
